1. Who We Are
OnlyCrypto.lat is an independent casino affiliate portal operated by Casino Affiliate HQ. We build the crypto casino index — rankings, on-chain payout tests, bonus decoders — and we run the launch waitlist. You can contact us anytime at hello@only-crypto.lat.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect very little. If you sign up for the launch list, we store the name and email address you provide — nothing else. We collect anonymous usage data through cookies (pages visited, time on site, referring source) to understand how the site is used and what to improve. Your theme preference — light or dark — is saved locally in your browser using localStorage and is never transmitted to us or any third party. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, location data, or any sensitive personal data.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your name and email address are used for exactly one purpose: sending you the launch notification when OnlyCrypto opens, including the day-one rankings report. That is the only email you will receive from us — no marketing sequences, no weekly newsletters, no upsells. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party. Anonymous analytics data is used solely to improve the site: understanding what pages people read, which casinos get clicked, and where visitors come from.
4. Data Retention
We keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe, or for 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. After that, the data is permanently deleted from our records. Anonymous analytics data is retained for 24 months, then automatically purged. If you unsubscribe via our Unsubscribe page, your email is removed from the launch list immediately and the deletion flows through within 24 hours.
5. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can withdraw consent at any time — simply use the Unsubscribe page or email us at hello@only-crypto.lat. For any rights request, including data access or deletion beyond what the unsubscribe form handles, email us and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
6. Cookies
We use two types of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working — they remember your theme preference so the page loads in the right mode every time. Analytics cookies tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us; these are anonymous and contain no personal identifiers. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner at the bottom of the page. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site in any way. Your theme choice is saved separately in localStorage and is unaffected by cookie preference.
7. Third-Party Services
We use Netlify to host the site and process form submissions — including the launch waitlist and the unsubscribe form. When you submit a form, Netlify receives and stores the data on our behalf. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to their handling of that data. We use no advertising networks, no social media trackers, no retargeting pixels, and no other third-party processors beyond Netlify. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no cross-site tracking of any kind on this site.

For any privacy-related question, data access request, or complaint, email hello@only-crypto.lat. We take every request seriously and respond personally within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to your national data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), and equivalents exist in every EU member state.
